Hi there, I'm Samuel Adegboyega. And here's my story.

I'm an engineer, risk advisory expert, entrepreneur, multifamily real estate investor and founder of SOWSCO Capital.

My journey stated from watching my father spend almost two decades in the corporate world before founding his own company, SOWSCO Well Services, in 1992. Three decades later, it's still running. That image of what it meant to build something lasting never left me.

I moved to the U.S. as a teenager. Got a degree in petroleum engineering at the University of Oklahoma. But once I entered the industry, I realized it wasn't the path I wanted.

So I pivoted. Earned my MBA at Oklahoma City University and spent nine years in corporate America across Goldman Sachs, Ernst & Young, and Weaver in IT Risk Advisory.

Along the way, I learned a lesson that changed how I think about money and my future: earning well is not the same as building wealth. So I started building on the side.

In 2018, I founded Inaka Power, a fitness brand, growing it from a handful of products into a real company. I also launched SoNeat, a commercial paper products brand with steady year over year growth and global reach.

And since 2016, I've been investing. First in single family rentals where I have been able to build equity in such properties and also learnt some expensive lessons.

And now in multifamily real estate as a general partner with my company, SOWSCO Capital.
